Manage day-to-day finance for a manufacturing and distribution business: lead a small finance team, run month-end reporting, cashflow and treasury, oversee ledgers and payroll, ensure VAT/statutory compliance, support audits, budgeting and business partnering, and drive process improvements.

Serve as primary customer contact, manage orders/quotations/enquiries, maintain CRM/ERP records, coordinate with suppliers, logistics and internal teams, support forecasting, reporting and continuous improvement to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfilment.

Drive sales growth in the packaging sector by identifying new business, managing accounts, generating leads, presenting tailored packaging solutions, collaborating with internal teams, attending industry events, and maintaining CRM records to meet sales targets.

Provide end-to-end customer service and sales support via phone and email, processing orders from quote to invoice, resolving queries, maintaining account records, liaising with Supply Chain/Finance/Operations, supporting sales consultants, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and revenue.
