Drive corporate, MICE, and travel sales across a hotel portfolio by generating leads, developing client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, preparing proposals, conducting presentations and site inspections, and achieving revenue and business-conversion targets. The role collaborates with revenue management, reservations, marketing, and hotel operations to ensure commercially viable proposals and smooth client handovers.

Supports hotel sales activities by preparing proposals, contracts, presentations, reports, and sales updates; maintaining client and contract records; communicating with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients; following up on leads; organizing sales meetings and events; and coordinating with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Manage full-cycle recruitment across a hotel group, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate coordination, pipeline development, hiring metrics, employer branding, recruitment events, and university partnerships. Partner with hotel managers and department heads to define hiring needs, support seasonal and permanent hiring, ensure positive candidate experiences, and improve recruitment processes.
