Leads site-level continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and transactional processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Responsibilities include managing improvement projects, facilitating Kaizen events and value stream mapping, analyzing process data with statistical tools, coaching teams, standardizing processes, and sustaining improvements through control plans and standard work. The role partners cross-functionally to reduce waste and variation, improve capability, and drive operational excellence.

Manage industrial OEM and distribution partner accounts throughout the sales lifecycle. Generate leads, prospect for new business, develop account plans, prepare quotes and proposals, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets. Build customer relationships, interpret technical drawings and specifications, coordinate internal teams, manage CRM and PRM data, resolve customer issues, and support quote-to-order fulfillment. Travel 10–25%.

Develop and maintain manufacturing quality standards, process controls, testing, inspections, and corrective actions. Lead problem-solving and continuous-improvement initiatives, investigate complaints and process failures, analyze quality data, audit systems and processes, train personnel, and support new product development. The role also contributes to IQ, OQ, PQ, and measurement system analysis protocols and reports.
