Sets up and operates manual and potentially CNC machines to construct, maintain, repair, and alter tooling, machinery, and machine parts. Records work data in Oracle, follows ISO procedures, inspects completed work, prepares inspection reports, and participates in 5S initiatives. Requires manual machining skills, precision measurement proficiency, blueprint reading, and two years of industrial machinist experience. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Develop and maintain quality standards for polymer manufacturing and testing. Design process controls, inspections, audits, and improvement initiatives; lead problem-solving teams; investigate complaints and process failures; analyze quality data; manage corrective and preventive actions; support new product development; and prepare IQ, OQ, PQ, and measurement system analysis protocols. The role also provides quality training and evaluates control plan effectiveness.

Owns the lifecycle, reliability, preventive maintenance, qualification, calibration, and continuous improvement of plant manufacturing equipment. The role manages equipment specifications, installation, commissioning, validation, maintenance programs, records, and replacement strategies while investigating failures and improving uptime and OEE. It collaborates with Production, Engineering, Quality, Facilities, Supply Chain, Validation, and suppliers in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment governed by FDA QSR and ISO 13485.
