The role designs career ladders and performance cycles, identifies high-potential employees and critical roles, builds succession plans, tracks workforce metrics, and partners with the People Success team to support employee development and engagement.

Leads site reliability engineering initiatives focused on scalable infrastructure, automation, incident response, capacity planning, performance optimization, monitoring, security, disaster recovery, and continuous improvement. Manages infrastructure as code, cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD, and reliability tooling while leading, mentoring, and coaching SRE team members and resolving team conflicts.

Lead enterprise applications strategy and IT infrastructure governance, overseeing SaaS and on-prem platforms, vendor selection, integrations, data architecture, low-code development, service desk operations, compliance (ISO 27001/SOC 2), budgeting, and cross-functional change management to drive scalable, secure, and cost-efficient technology solutions.
