Teams at Zeta

Provides first-level technical support for banking technology platforms by troubleshooting customer issues, triaging incidents, managing support tickets, documenting resolutions, maintaining knowledge-base content, and escalating complex problems to higher-level teams. The role collaborates with developers, system administrators, and business analysts while adhering to security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Owns Zeta’s full learning and organizational development cycle, including needs analysis, capability diagnosis, instructional design, facilitation, vendor management, program delivery, learning analytics, and impact measurement. Leads organization-wide leadership, manager, certification, and functional training initiatives while managing learning budgets, policies, compliance training, LMS operations, dashboards, and reporting. Partners closely with HRBPs, business leaders, and People Success teams.

Own Zeta’s employer brand, internal communications, employee engagement, and culture initiatives. Responsibilities include shaping the employer value proposition, managing employer reputation, producing leadership and recruitment content, running communications campaigns, organizing company events, building AI-enabled workflows, and maintaining brand quality. The role also manages a team, budgets, vendors, engagement programs, and performance reporting.
