Supports the CEO and founder by managing complex international travel, calendars, meetings, communications, follow-ups, research, presentations, reports, budgets, and events. The role requires confidentiality, strong organization, multitasking, project coordination, time-zone awareness, and flexibility for rotational shifts, weekends, and travel. The assistant will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and senior leaders while handling executive and personal operational responsibilities.

Serves as a strategic legal advisor for banking, payments, and fintech products across global markets. Provides product and regulatory counsel, drafts and negotiates financial-services, technology, SaaS, licensing, lending, card, and partnership agreements, and advises on RBI, NPCI, PPI, privacy, cybersecurity, and data-localization requirements. Supports regulatory filings, inspections, risk assessments, and legal playbooks while leading a legal team and partnering with Product, Compliance, Risk, banks, and technology providers.

Build and maintain AWS and Cloudflare cloud infrastructure, network automation, and production environments. Troubleshoot cloud, network, and CDN issues; develop automation, runbooks, and technical documentation; and support change management, audits, compliance, and security practices. The role also supports networking technologies including firewalls, WAF, DNS, SSL/TLS, and data center networking, while exploring AI tools for infrastructure operations and incident analysis.
