Manage strategic client relationships and serve as the operational lead across assigned accounts. Oversee digital marketing campaign execution, project timelines, cross-functional coordination, performance reporting, client communications, and business reviews. Develop client roadmaps, recommend optimizations, identify growth opportunities, and partner with Sales to drive account expansion. The role requires strong project management, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with 6+ years of relevant experience and willingness to travel as needed.

Build and deliver reliable statistical and machine learning models, analyses, datasets, and scoring workflows for business and intelligence initiatives. Responsibilities include data preparation and validation, modeling, evaluation, documentation, monitoring, batch scoring, API integration, and stakeholder communication. The role requires independently owning defined deliverables, translating business questions into analytical solutions, and applying AI-assisted development while maintaining statistical rigor, operational discipline, and trustworthiness.

Designs and maintains scalable automation frameworks, tools, and scripts; architects QA automation solutions; improves testing processes and tooling; integrates automation into CI/CD and DevOps environments; resolves complex quality issues; tracks QA KPIs; mentors engineers; and evaluates AI/ML technologies for intelligent testing and automation.
