Drive new-logo acquisition and expansion across European government, NATO, allied defense, and defense technology accounts. Build senior relationships, exceed quotas, manage pipelines, develop outbound opportunities, and navigate public-sector procurement frameworks. Develop co-sell motions with partners, track market and competitor activity, provide product feedback, conduct basic demonstrations, and represent the company at industry events. The role requires SaaS or networking sales experience, defense ecosystem knowledge, and familiarity with European and NATO procurement.

Own and operate the company web surface: develop and optimize marketing sites, documentation, partner minisites, and online store; ensure site health, performance, SEO, and analytics; implement HubSpot integrations and dynamic, personalized content; translate Figma designs to pixel-perfect responsive pages; lead Webflow migrations and AI-assisted development workflows.

Lead ZeroTier's marketing to drive top-of-funnel growth through SEO/AEO/GEO and organic content. Own demand generation strategy, team hiring and coaching, funnel performance (IQL→MQL→SQL/PQL), CAC/CPL, and cross-functional GTM alignment. Represent the company externally and optimize brand presence in AI answer engines and competitive SaaS markets.
