Teams at Zero Prime Ventures

Run operations for an AI community and conference business while supporting an early-stage venture fund. Own operating plans, metrics, budgets, forecasts, P&L, sales, marketing, event production, partnerships, and cross-functional execution. Translate founder priorities into action, prepare decisions, close follow-up loops, and drive ambiguous projects from concept through completion. The role is broad, in-person, and designed to develop into broader operating leadership.

Own top-of-funnel growth for AI Council and Zero Prime through demand generation, SEO, content, social, email, community engagement, and event marketing. Build funnels, run channel experiments, grow conference registrations and audiences, create marketing assets, support events, and maintain performance dashboards. This is a hands-on, in-person role focused on reaching technical AI, ML, and developer communities.
