Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and internal tools for the data platform; contribute to platform architecture; collaborate with security researchers and product teams to turn cybersecurity ideas into production-ready software; apply engineering best practices for testing, observability, CI/CD, and maintainability.

Own day-to-day sales operations: run pipeline and forecast cadences, administer Salesforce and CPQ (DealHub), build reporting and dashboards, enforce CRM data hygiene, support territory/quota/compensation modeling, and partner cross-functionally to ensure consistent revenue data and execution.

Lead and deliver automation and integration projects across customer and partner operations. Design and implement API-based workflows, build platform integrations, manage containerized internal tools, drive migrations, monitor automation impact, and partner with Product and Engineering to scale technical operations.
