Ensure customers realize value post-purchase by driving product usage, delivering training, supporting deployments, resolving technical issues with support/R&D, conducting regular engagements, and relaying customer feedback to improve the product.

Own day-to-day sales operations: run pipeline and forecast cadences, administer Salesforce and CPQ (DealHub), build reporting and dashboards, enforce CRM data hygiene, support territory/quota/compensation modeling, and partner cross-functionally to ensure consistent revenue data and execution.

Lead and deliver automation and integration projects across customer and partner operations. Design and implement API-based workflows, build platform integrations, manage containerized internal tools, drive migrations, monitor automation impact, and partner with Product and Engineering to scale technical operations.
