Owns functional safety compliance for electric motorcycles, powertrains, and battery systems. Leads ISO 26262 implementation, hazard analysis and risk assessments, safety goals, requirements, documentation, testing, process alignment, and KPI reporting. Advises hardware, software, firmware, and mechanical engineering teams; supports tool selection and training; monitors regulatory changes; and represents the company with customers, suppliers, and regulatory committees. The role is full-time in Scotts Valley, California, with occasional domestic or international travel.

Coordinates wholesale sales operations, including order fulfillment, credit and debit notes, vehicle documentation, registrations, CRM updates, pipeline tracking, dealer outreach, campaigns, and sales reporting. The role supports Country Managers, Sales and Marketing, and international colleagues while promoting inventory and campaigns to dealers and distributors. It requires strong administration, commercial drive, multilingual communication, prospecting, negotiation, relationship-building, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. German and Dutch proficiency, plus SAP or Salesforce experience, are important requirements or preferences.

Leads global revenue accounting operations, including multi-currency close, revenue recognition, journal entries, reconciliations, collections, audits, statutory compliance, and management reporting. Manages an outsourced accounting team, improves SAP-based processes, supports cross-functional stakeholders, and ensures compliance with US GAAP and ASC 606 across international markets.

Lead global electrical homologation for EVs: define regulatory strategy for high-voltage battery safety, EMC, and OBD; design test strategies; coordinate type-approval testing and submit WVTA documentation across EU, US, and emerging markets.

Manage global cost accounting for manufacturing: maintain standard costs in SAP, perform variance analysis and inventory valuation, support month-end close, partner with operations for cost control, lead COGS budgeting/forecasting, support audits, and drive continuous improvement in costing and SAP reporting.

Support HR EMEA/APAC with operations, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, internal communications, benefits and HR data projects, recruitment support, and cross-functional collaboration across Europe.

Support dealer marketing by creating social video content, assisting paid social campaigns, drafting B2B newsletters, managing dealer lead follow-up in Salesforce, and supporting campaigns, events, and training materials.
