Extensive travel, strong dealer relationship skills, and powersports knowledge required to recruit new dealers and implement sales campaigns.

Design, build, and maintain automated tests and HIL/SIL validation for embedded firmware across BMS, motor controller, and vehicle subsystems. Validate CAN/UART communication, reproduce field incidents using logs and lab equipment, expand regression and failure-mode coverage, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve test strategy, instrumentation, and firmware quality.

Lead global electrical homologation for EVs: define regulatory strategy for high-voltage battery safety, EMC, and OBD; design test strategies; coordinate type-approval testing and submit WVTA documentation across EU, US, and emerging markets.

Support dealer marketing by creating social video content, assisting paid social campaigns, drafting B2B newsletters, managing dealer lead follow-up in Salesforce, and supporting campaigns, events, and training materials.

Lead an 8-12 person cross‑discipline firmware products team delivering motorcycle firmware, battery performance, and test. Own end-to-end delivery, field instrumentation, CI/CD, safety-critical releases, cross-functional alignment, and coach engineers while driving AI tool adoption to accelerate learning from real-world use.

Manage global cost accounting for manufacturing: maintain standard costs in SAP, perform variance analysis and inventory valuation, support month-end close, partner with operations for cost control, lead COGS budgeting/forecasting, support audits, and drive continuous improvement in costing and SAP reporting.

Lead and manage all finance and accounting operations across European and global entities, ensuring accurate reporting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, tax, treasury, and audit readiness. Provide strategic financial insights to the CFO and executive team, develop KPIs and dashboards, oversee multi-currency consolidations and payroll, manage external advisors, and mentor a high-performing finance team to support international growth.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results; support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning; build and maintain financial models and FP&A systems (Workday Adaptive); partner with product and operations for performance reviews; prepare leadership and board materials; approve purchase requisitions; and drive continuous improvement in reporting and planning.

Support HR EMEA/APAC with operations, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, internal communications, benefits and HR data projects, recruitment support, and cross-functional collaboration across Europe.
