Sets up and operates complex multi-axis milling and mill-turn machines with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include maintaining setup sheets, editing machine programs, selecting tooling, determining process sequences and speeds and feeds, inspecting parts, performing finishing work, maintaining workplace safety, and instructing less-skilled machinists. Requires advanced machining proficiency and substantial experience with complex equipment.
