Build and maintain trusted datasets across sales, marketing, fulfillment, supply chain, finance, and operational systems. Own data quality, documentation, metric definitions, and reusable data models. Analyze funnels, throughput, capacity, cohorts, experiments, and unit economics to identify root causes and support decisions. Develop self-service reporting and durable tooling, communicate quantified findings to leadership, and use AI tools to accelerate analytics workflows.

Own demand forecasts and capacity plans across markets, channels, and programs. Translate projected demand into contractor, equipment, procurement, and funding requirements; identify constraints and quantify business impact. Run the S&OP process across Sales, Fulfillment, Supply Chain, and Finance, provide scenario analysis, and communicate risks and recommendations to leadership. Build transparent, AI-enabled planning systems and document forecast assumptions and methods.

Lead strategic partnerships with Tier-1 utility and program-administrator partners while coaching business development team members. Own complex, high-value deals from pipeline development through close, establish forecasting and CRM discipline, and coordinate with Programs, Marketing, and Finance to convert signed partnerships into qualified homeowner projects. Serve as the primary escalation point for deal roadblocks and help scale the partnerships function.
