Manage and grow strategic B2B client relationships across fintech, brokerage, and crypto partners. Serve as primary contact, enable onboarding and go‑live, drive retention, renewals, upsell, and NPS, coordinate cross‑functional teams, deliver reporting and quarterly business reviews, and act as escalation and trusted advisor.
