Translate onchain infrastructure for institutional leaders, represent the company publicly, manage ecosystem performance, and align partnerships with product and revenue goals. Build the function and team over time.

Leads zerohash’s global digital asset liquidity and exchange services across CLOB and RFQ systems. Responsibilities include developing liquidity strategies, managing market maker and stablecoin issuer relationships, overseeing OTC operations, asset listings, settlement optimization, monitoring market quality, mitigating liquidity risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and reporting recommendations to executives. The role builds teams and processes, scales liquidity operations globally, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and drives technology adoption within the business.
