Lead the company-wide EHS program, including hazardous waste management, regulatory compliance, process safety reviews, industrial hygiene, contractor safety, incident response, emergency planning, and EHS documentation. Conduct HAZID, HAZOP, PHA, JHA, and PSSR activities; manage chemical inventories, waste records, permits, SOPs, and safety training; support engineering, construction, commissioning, and clean-energy operations.

Senior process engineer responsible for optimizing a novel direct air capture process, translating conceptual designs into pilot facilities, designing experiments, analyzing process data, conducting HAZID and HAZOP reviews, evaluating equipment performance and safety, troubleshooting operations, and preparing engineering documentation. The role is on-site and collaborates with operators, contractors, and cross-functional engineering teams.
