Provide on-site Tier 1 IT support to local service teams: troubleshoot macOS/Windows issues, manage Jira Service Management tickets, perform hardware setup and Google Workspace account provisioning, educate users, support MDM and SSO troubleshooting, and travel to local offices for support, inventory, and rollouts.
