Conduct outside sales across a Dallas-area territory by reactivating accounts, acquiring new customers, managing relationships, demonstrating and installing cleaning equipment, providing minor technical service, entering orders, and meeting revenue targets. The role requires daily customer visits, consultative solution selling, distributor collaboration, route planning, and use of Salesforce.com. Candidates need one to three years of sales experience, basic technical ability, and a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Sells cleaning products and equipment across a defined territory through customer visits, demonstrations, service, phone calls, and distributor partnerships. The representative develops new accounts, reactivates former customers, manages existing relationships, recommends bundled solutions, installs and maintains basic dispensing equipment, enters orders, tracks activity in Salesforce.com, and meets revenue and budget goals. Daily work involves route planning, frequent local travel, and approximately 10–12 customer calls per day.

Leads finance for the Commercial Division with full P&L responsibility. Oversees financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, pricing, revenue management, customer profitability, commercial investments, and strategic analysis. Partners with executive leadership, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Corporate Finance to improve profitability and business performance. Develops KPIs and dashboards, strengthens controls, supports audits, and leads commercial finance team development.
