Lead end-to-end UX design for customer-facing and internal insurance applications, from research and discovery through prototyping, launch, and optimization. Simplify complex insurance workflows, create service blueprints, use analytics and A/B testing, collaborate with product and engineering teams, evolve the design system, ensure accessibility, and mentor junior and intermediate designers.

Lead and develop a team of three recruiters while building a consistent, scalable talent acquisition function. Establish structured hiring processes, interview frameworks, scorecards, sourcing strategies, recruiting metrics, ATS data practices, and leadership dashboards. Train hiring managers on inclusive interviewing, manage recruiting vendors and technology, support workforce planning and onboarding partnerships, and ensure compliance and strong candidate experience.

The Tech Lead will direct technical development in the Core and Payments teams, focusing on system design, security, code reviews, mentoring, and ensuring scalable application development while collaborating with various stakeholders.
