Lead requirements elicitation and translate complex business needs into functional specifications for CRM solutions. Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to design Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service solutions, support Agile ceremonies, facilitate UAT, perform impact analysis, and drive process improvements within manufacturing and service operations.

Work with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications. Translate requirements into SharePoint and Nintex solutions, perform functional testing, track project status, maintain traceability and issue/change logs, provide user support/training, and identify system defects, risks, gaps, and dependencies.

Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS technical solutions: translate business requirements into PL/SQL code, build/customize XML Publisher reports and OAF components, support 12.2 upgrades, perform DB performance tuning, collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and support deployments and on-call troubleshooting.
