Lead architecture and end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM, SPM). Design CMDB, integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server), scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, ATF, and security models (ACLs, roles, domain separation). Work in Agile and regulated environments and communicate with stakeholders throughout design to deployment.

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI/ML solutions including GenAI, LLM-based RAG systems, and agentic AI. Build scalable models, integrations, monitoring, and reusable frameworks while collaborating with stakeholders for production adoption and continuous improvement.

Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate cloud deployments with Terraform and Python, manage AKS Kubernetes and containers, implement monitoring/alerting, perform incident response and RCA, and collaborate with teams for reliable deployments.
