Lead the vision and strategy for scalable data products, oversee technical architecture, establish data governance and quality standards, translate business needs into technical specifications, conduct user research, define KPIs, and coordinate engineering, data science, and business teams through feature releases.

Leads reliability for Zenoti’s non-database cloud platform, including web applications, APIs, analytics, and reporting systems. Defines SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets; drives observability, incident response, capacity planning, performance testing, and resilient architecture. Improves CI/CD pipelines, automates operational workflows with Python and infrastructure as code, and supports Azure-based services, containers, microservices, and data pipelines. Mentors engineers, influences multiple teams, and serves as the technical subject matter expert for reliability and cloud practices.

Lead the architecture, automation, operation, and security of Zenoti’s multi-cloud network and SaaS infrastructure. Responsibilities include cloud connectivity, perimeter protection, infrastructure-as-code, detection engineering, incident response, disaster recovery, compliance controls, identity and encryption governance, risk reporting, and mentoring engineers. The role requires deep Azure and AWS networking and security expertise, Kubernetes hardening, Terraform automation, scripting, and experience with SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA audits.
