Leads People and Culture strategy across recruitment, onboarding, DEI, performance management, compensation, benefits, HR technology, policy development, and employment compliance. Manages recruitment and HR teams, builds inclusive cultures across Seattle and Washington, DC offices, and serves as the primary contact for employee policies and benefits. The role requires in-office work in Seattle three days weekly, 15–25% travel, and U.S. person status.

Administer and maintain Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence Data Center environments. Configure permissions, workflows, schemes, automation, service desks, dashboards, and information architecture. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, monitor performance and security, manage patches, maintain configuration hygiene, and support migrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business processes into Atlassian configurations, while developing documentation, playbooks, training, and change-management practices.

Own and administer Zeno’s AWS-based engineering computing environment, including cloud workstations, HPC resources, storage, networking, access, licensing, and specialized engineering applications. Translate engineering needs into technical requirements, support users, manage software procurement, troubleshoot infrastructure and licensing issues, and maintain security and compliance documentation. The role is hybrid in Seattle, requires less than 10% travel, and has a six-month contract duration.
