Manage and maintain servers, networks, firewalls, and cloud services; troubleshoot workstations; support VoIP/contact center and web services; implement backups, DR, security controls (SIEM, DLP, MFA), and network optimizations; document systems and train users.

Build and maintain full-stack platforms and internal tools that power commercial operations and marketing. Translate business requirements into frontend and backend solutions, automate workflows, integrate AI capabilities, measure engineering metrics, and collaborate with product, design, QA, and global teams to deploy reliable e-commerce features and services.
