Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for global network and SDN services. Troubleshoots routing, switching, congestion, hardware, vendor, and customer issues; configures network devices; monitors infrastructure and SLAs; manages incidents; maintains documentation; collaborates on resilient architectures; and participates in on-call support rotations.

Supports day-to-day HR operations, employee records, onboarding and offboarding, payroll-related administration, HR documentation, employee activities, office administration, and recruitment. Responsibilities include posting jobs, sourcing candidates through job portals and LinkedIn, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting hiring managers across multiple vacancies.

Manage enterprise sales in Vietnam by acquiring new accounts, expanding existing relationships, engaging C-suite decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, coordinating with inside sales, and exceeding annual quotas. The role requires solution selling, knowledge of cloud and networking technologies, CRM proficiency, strong communication, and an established regional business network.
