Zenlayer Benefits Overview

Manage customer invoicing, collections, cash application, account reconciliations, and AR reporting. Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Billing, and Accounting to resolve disputes, reduce receivables, support month-end close, produce aging and collection reports, and drive process improvements and ERP projects.

Act as primary regional contact for strategic customers, build relationships, coordinate delivery of services and projects, resolve escalations, gather feedback, and support retention and growth alongside global account teams.

The Sales Manager will focus on new account acquisition, develop relationships with key customers, coordinate with the inside sales team, strategize and close deals, and meet an annual sales quota.
