The Senior Accountant owns month-end and quarterly close activities, general ledger management, reconciliations, consolidations, financial reporting, audit support, and internal control compliance. The role requires expertise in US GAAP, global statutory reporting, ASC 606, ASC 842, stock-based compensation, and ERP systems. Responsibilities also include process improvement, NetSuite enhancements, automation, accounting integrations, and cross-functional collaboration across global entities.

Manage customer projects from initiation through delivery by coordinating teams, resources, meetings, vendors, timelines, budgets, and documentation. Monitor project performance, resolve operational issues, maintain procedures, ensure compliance, and develop improvement plans. The role requires Mandarin Chinese fluency, strong client-facing communication, organization, judgment, and the ability to work effectively across departments and time zones in a fast-paced technology environment.

Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for global network and SDN services. Troubleshoots routing, switching, congestion, hardware, vendor, and customer issues; configures network devices; monitors infrastructure and SLAs; manages incidents; maintains documentation; collaborates on resilient architectures; and participates in on-call support rotations.
