Manage enterprise sales in Vietnam by acquiring new accounts, expanding existing relationships, engaging C-suite decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, coordinating with inside sales, and exceeding annual quotas. The role requires solution selling, knowledge of cloud and networking technologies, CRM proficiency, strong communication, and an established regional business network.

Manages customer invoicing, collections, cash application, account reconciliations, AR reporting, and month-end close support. Resolves billing disputes, monitors aging accounts, applies payments, supports bad debt analysis and audits, and maintains internal controls. The role also identifies process improvements and participates in ERP enhancements while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Billing, and Accounting teams.

Perform full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end close, financial reporting support, audit support, and vendor management. Maintain accurate financial records, monitor billing and receivables, support internal controls, and improve accounting processes through ERP enhancements, automation, and SOP documentation.
