Provide client and vendor liaison support for assigned fund clients, assist the Director with account management, prepare reports and meeting materials, monitor regulatory filings, coordinate invoices and documentation, maintain compliance calendars, support vendor relationships and participant engagement, and conduct research to resolve client issues.

Maintain accurate member and dependent records, process enrollment transactions, handle inbound/outbound correspondence (ID cards, packets), resolve eligibility issues with vendors and internal teams, respond to inquiries, and support enrollment operations to ensure timely, accurate benefits administration.

Performs advanced technical review and adjudication of medical and dental claims, coordinates appeals and predeterminations, manages third-party recovery and refunds, processes time-loss claims, interprets benefit plans, tests benefits, and supports staff with resources and occasional backup processing or phone coverage.
