Own and grow a portfolio of 30–60 mid-value customers by building strong stakeholder relationships, executing tailored success plans, driving retention and revenue expansion through upsell/cross-sell, analysing customer energy data to identify optimisation opportunities, and feeding customer insights into internal teams to improve products and services.
