The role requires in-office availability in Raleigh, North Carolina, Monday through Friday.

Provides administrative support for filing and compliance agents by managing records, correspondence, mail, Service of Process documents, scanning, database uploads, and Salesforce updates. The role requires high-volume task organization, accurate data entry, professional communication, independent work, and in-office availability Monday through Friday.

Leads the Enterprise Platform and Integrations engineering team, including people management, API strategy, partner integrations, technical roadmaps, and operational excellence. Establishes scalable API standards, reusable integration patterns, security and observability practices, and reliable delivery processes. Partners with Product, Operations, Security, Sales, and external partners to deliver complex integrations, improve platform reliability, and support AI-agent access to business capabilities.
