Own product design end-to-end, from user discovery and research through flows, prototypes, validation, implementation, and shipped experiences. Design scalable systems and interfaces for educators, schools, and internal teams; collaborate closely with product managers and engineers; use rapid experimentation and AI-assisted tools; synthesize insights; mentor designers; and help shape Zen’s evolving design practices and product-building culture.

Principal Product Manager individual contributor responsible for defining product problems, conducting discovery and experiments, using qualitative and quantitative data, setting outcome-based metrics, and partnering with design, engineering, operations, sales, and growth teams. The role focuses on improving digital products, operational systems, and product practices while leading through influence in a complex marketplace environment.
