Manage payment disputes across Mastercard, Visa, FPS, and BACS; investigate transaction issues; perform account reconciliations and regulatory reporting; support safeguarding compliance; improve processes, documentation, and SLAs; handle escalations and stakeholder inquiries; and coordinate merchant debt recovery. The role also contributes to payment product requirements and requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Provides senior-level application support for a payments and financial services platform. Responsibilities include handling escalated product issues, troubleshooting complex technical problems, coordinating incident response, monitoring applications, supporting releases, improving support processes through automation, documenting solutions, and partnering with engineering, QA, product, account management, and customer success teams. The role is primarily hands-on and includes on-call responsibilities.

Prospect and close new business across Western Australia by generating leads, managing the full sales cycle, and building relationships with SME owners. The role requires pipeline management in HubSpot, needs-based solution selling, proposal development, negotiation, networking, and meeting revenue targets. The Account Executive will also represent Zeller at business events, communicate merchant feedback internally, and help develop sales processes for the growing fintech.
