Detect, investigate, and mitigate fraud across merchant acquiring products. Monitor transaction activity, support merchant onboarding/underwriting, manage disputes/chargebacks, liaise with card schemes and partners, and implement controls to meet regulatory and scheme requirements.

Drive outbound and inbound SMB sales through prospecting, door-to-door outreach, cold calling, qualifying, and closing. Build deep relationships with merchants, translate payment/financial needs into Zeller solutions, manage pipeline hygiene, create commercially sound deals, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Operations to relay feedback and grow revenue.
