Duties include examining claims, drafting coverage opinion letters and pleadings, conducting discovery, attending hearings, and taking/defending depositions. Handle first- and/or third-party property insurance litigation: evaluate claims, prepare coverage opinion letters and pleadings, manage discovery, attend hearings, and take/defend depositions. Requires California bar membership and strong written and oral communication; collaborate on complex coverage disputes.

Serve as COO/CFO partnering with the Managing Partner and Executive Committee to lead finance, accounting, HR, IT, marketing and tax. Drive strategic planning, budgeting, billing/collections, audits, profitability analysis, vendor and lease negotiations, lateral hire integration, and AI/technology adoption to support firm growth, culture and operational resilience.
