Manages indirect tax projects and programs, leading complex multi-jurisdiction tax filings, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, controls, policies, and process improvements. Develops analyses covering ROI, cash flow, and risk mitigation; translates regulatory changes into procedures and training; partners cross-functionally to resolve tax issues; and implements automation to improve efficiency and reduce risk. The role requires strong U.S. federal and state tax expertise, advanced Excel and data modeling skills, strategic leadership, and stakeholder influence.

Lead a global QA team to drive test automation, shift-left practices, and release readiness for .NET-based products. Own automation frameworks, integration/E2E and performance testing, ETL and AWS migration quality, PHI test data strategies, KPIs and executive reporting, hiring and coaching, and modernizing legacy QA into AI-enabled, high-performing teams.

Manages a book of enterprise healthcare payer clients as their primary Zelis contact. Responsibilities include client relationship management, revenue forecasting, renewals, retention, risk mitigation, product optimization, upselling, business reviews, account planning, and client advocacy. Partners with Sales, Operations, Product, Services, and Marketing to deliver client value, resolve issues, and achieve growth targets. The remote role requires 30–40% domestic travel.
