Lead design and delivery of cloud-native, scalable backend services using C#/.NET in an event-driven microservices architecture. Collaborate with architects and product owners, implement and consume REST/Graph APIs, deliver infrastructure-as-code, use Kubernetes for container orchestration, mentor engineering teams, contribute platform enhancements, and ensure systems consider healthcare concepts and HIPAA impact.

Design and develop BI dashboards and reports using Microsoft BI stack and Snowflake. Write and optimize complex SQL, build scalable data models, convert POCs to production, ensure data accuracy and performance, collaborate cross-functionally, and support Agile delivery and ongoing report enhancements.

Lead end-to-end relationships for high-value strategic accounts to drive retention and revenue growth. Develop account strategies, run quarterly business reviews, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, resolve complex issues, analyze market trends, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior account managers.
