Serve as primary client contact for a strategic book of large payer/TPA clients. Drive retention, renewals, and revenue growth through account plans, product optimization, risk mitigation, and executive-level relationship management. Collaborate across teams to uncover upsell opportunities, lead contract negotiations, conduct business reviews, and ensure superior client outcomes and satisfaction.

Analyze and QA client and production data, create SQL queries and reports, monitor data warehouses/data marts, identify and resolve data defects, provide actionable insights and recommendations, and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders to support business decisions.

Serve as a client-facing, post-implementation advisor for a portfolio of small-to-medium accounts; drive product adoption, demonstrate value with data-driven insights, manage escalations and SLAs, support upsell/cross-sell, collaborate with Sales/Product/Implementation, and maintain client records and performance reporting.
