Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, Data, and Security; mentor teams and establish platform governance to enable integrated customer solutions and accelerate delivery.

Lead AIOps strategy and architecture to modernize operations during AWS migration. Design and implement observability, agentic AI, ChatOps, and SRE practices to improve incident detection, triage, remediation, automation, and platform resilience. Partner across engineering, cloud, security, and operations to establish standards, governance, playbooks, and mentor teams.

Coordinate and track client-impacting incidents, escalate and follow up for timely resolution, maintain documentation and dashboards, support root cause analysis, communicate with stakeholders, and drive process and operational improvements.
