Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable Java-based microservices and full-stack applications for an EV Charging Management System. Build REST APIs, React interfaces, integrations using OCPP and OCPI, real-time device monitoring, and charging workflows. Manage databases, caching, search, object storage, automated testing, production support, performance optimization, and system reliability. Collaborate cross-functionally in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to architecture, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

Owns early-stage pipeline creation for Condense through inbound and outbound lead qualification. Engages CXOs and senior stakeholders, uncovers data and business challenges, communicates the platform’s value, identifies relevant use cases, nurtures prospects, maintains CRM data, and hands qualified opportunities to the sales team. Requires B2B SaaS or enterprise lead-generation experience, consultative selling skills, familiarity with BANT or MEDDICC, and willingness to travel domestically.
