The role ensures deadlines and commitments are tracked, operations remain organized, and leadership stays focused on clients, strategy, and growth. It requires discretion, professionalism, proactive problem-solving, and strong organizational skills, with potential to grow into overseeing additional administrative support.

Manages tax compliance and advisory engagements for individuals, businesses, nonprofits, and fiduciary clients. Reviews and prepares complex federal tax returns, researches tax issues, develops planning recommendations, maintains client relationships, and supports business development. Leads project delivery, coordinates workloads, mentors and evaluates tax staff, conducts training, and collaborates with firm leadership on strategic initiatives. The position is remote-based with approximately 70% billable work.
