Design, integrate, analyze, and test power and control systems for unmanned platforms. Apply MBSE using tools such as Cameo or SysML to support requirements, architectures, trade studies, and validation. Create electrical documentation, support laboratory and field testing, troubleshoot hardware, integrate power sources, and collaborate with software, mechanical, and systems engineers on verification, validation, and risk mitigation.

Lead systems engineering for unmanned systems, including architecture, requirements, MBSE modeling, electrical and electronic system integration, prototype development, testing, field support, and technical documentation. Coordinate mechanical, software, communications, fabrication, and vendor teams; manage risks, project execution, cost estimates, and technical recommendations. Apply digital engineering and SysML-based workflows to develop system views, behavior diagrams, interfaces, and traceable requirements.

Develop and maintain citywide AI governance policies, ethical guidelines, risk assessments, compliance standards, and transparency documentation. Evaluate AI systems for fairness, accountability, privacy, security, and regulatory alignment. Collaborate with government departments, legal teams, technical staff, and community stakeholders while providing training and translating complex AI concepts into accessible policy guidance.
