Teams at Zeely – AI Admaker

Own and scale multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, Cloudflare, and Hetzner. Manage Kubernetes production environments, Terraform infrastructure, observability, monitoring, CI/CD, incident response, networking, security, and cloud cost optimization. Partner with engineering teams on architecture, deployment reliability, developer experience, and AI workload infrastructure. Participate in L2 on-call rotations and lead lasting improvements to infrastructure resilience and performance.

Identify and remediate vulnerabilities across products and AWS infrastructure, respond to security incidents, close security tickets, integrate security controls into CI/CD, review code and infrastructure, support SOC 2 and CASA compliance, and strengthen access management, secrets handling, and cloud hardening.

Own Zeely’s Experience & Monetization area across web and mobile. Drive onboarding, activation, retention, product utilization, subscription plans, B2C monetization, and the transition toward B2B and hybrid models. Responsibilities include pricing and tier design, B2B organizations and seats, agentic feature monetization, product discovery, UX consistency, roadmap prioritization, and data-driven experimentation focused on retention, churn, and revenue.
