Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and G&A functions. Responsibilities include sourcing passive candidates, partnering with hiring managers and executives, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, managing candidate experience, maintaining ATS data, reporting recruiting metrics, and improving hiring processes. The role requires strong technical and go-to-market recruiting experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, performance reporting, SaaS metrics analysis, scenario planning, and process automation. Partners with executives and department leaders to drive data-informed decisions, profitability, and growth. Supports M&A and fundraising through due diligence and financial projections, while leading and mentoring the FP&A team and adopting AI tools to improve forecasting and financial processes.

Build and maintain software that integrates ML/GenAI models with Kubernetes-based edge orchestration. Develop controllers, operators, CRDs, and Helm charts to schedule and deploy AI workloads at the edge, integrate ONNX/PyTorch/TensorFlow models, use AI coding agents, contribute to open-source components, and collaborate across AI, infrastructure, and product teams to ship features end-to-end.
