Lead analysis and design of automated systems to solve complex business problems. Develop integrations, convert data, configure system settings, plan and execute unit/integration/acceptance testing, produce specifications, document procedures, and lead cross-functional teams while consulting with internal and external stakeholders.

Serve as primary client contact for named accounts, driving renewals, upsells, and customer satisfaction. Develop and execute success plans, coordinate delivery of solutions, analyze customer data and health, manage SLAs/KPIs, support complex multinational accounts, and collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to meet revenue and cost-reduction goals.

Provide advanced post-sales technical support and escalation management for Zebra hardware (printers, scanners, mobile computers, RFID). Troubleshoot systems remotely and onsite (50% in-country), mentor Level 1 staff, create knowledgebase content, liaise with engineering and product teams, and participate in trainings and beta programs to improve customer satisfaction and support processes.
