Own collaboration product backlogs across two software engineering teams, translating strategy into sprint-ready work and prioritizing delivery scope. Lead collaboration strategy, roadmaps, user personas, solution deployment, adoption programs, and KPI measurement. Engage stakeholders across business units, guide Agile teams, manage ambiguity, and present outcomes to senior leadership. The role requires product ownership experience, technology solution delivery, strong leadership, and collaboration-platform expertise.

Lead deal sourcing, diligence, financial modeling, and execution for strategic startup investments. Manage relationships with investors, entrepreneurs, and internal stakeholders; prepare investment memos, reports, and presentations; monitor portfolio performance and industry trends; support occasional M&A work and represent Zebra Ventures externally.

Provides confidential administrative and clerical support to senior legal leadership. Responsibilities include calendar and travel coordination, meeting logistics, expense and corporate card reconciliation, document and presentation preparation, legal billing report and invoice review, department file management, vendor and employee onboarding, IT access requests, and process improvements.
