Processes and reviews service orders, invoices, credits, and write-offs to ensure accurate billing and compliance with European legal and tax requirements. Coordinates with finance, sales, customer service, product, service delivery, and IT teams. Maintains order data, resolves billing issues, supports internal transfer pricing, uploads invoices and credits, and provides process guidance. Requires strong analytical, Excel, data manipulation, communication, and organizational skills, with flexibility to support high-volume billing periods.

Lead market growth and revenue strategies across Germany and other European markets. Identify network investment opportunities, build strategic partnerships with data centres, cloud providers, carriers, government, and real estate organizations, and support complex solution sales. Drive deal pursuits, RFPs, proposals, negotiations, pipeline development, sales enablement, pricing strategies, and programmatic revenue initiatives while engaging senior executives and managing activity through Salesforce.

Develop and manage Zayo’s European agent sales channel program from inception through go-to-market execution. Build relationships with Master and Sub-Agents, generate new business, expand existing accounts, support proposals and sales processes, forecast opportunities, track performance in CRM tools, and achieve revenue targets. The role requires autonomous enterprise solution selling, strong channel relationships, financial acumen, and collaboration across departments.
