Implement institutional data collection, governance, and management frameworks; analyze and validate complex data; develop predictive models, forecasts, BI outputs and interactive dashboards; conduct research, benchmarking and surveys; prepare analytics reports and actionable recommendations to support strategic planning and continuous improvement.

Lead institutional and market research activities: collect and analyze internal and external data, produce benchmarking and market reports, build predictive models and dashboards, manage surveys (Explorance Blue), support reporting to authorities and maintain institutional data repositories and the annual FactBook.

Lead creative services to design and deliver multimedia content, plan and execute institutional events and campaigns, manage budgets and resources, ensure brand consistency and digital accessibility, maintain asset repositories, evaluate design tools, and coach a creative team to align outputs with university strategy.

Serve as HR business partner aligning HR strategies with business unit goals. Lead talent management, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, compliance, succession planning, recruitment coordination, and collaboration with organizational development to support institutional objectives.

Manage contracts and purchasing for university retail outlets: draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts; review RFIs/RFPs and vendor bids; monitor subcontract finances; source goods/services; place and expedite orders; ensure compliance with policies and value-for-money; liaise with stakeholders and finance.

Manage and maintain HR system data, support payroll administration and audits, process benefits and reimbursements, update position and reporting hierarchies in Oracle, and produce HR reports to ensure accurate, timely employee records and payroll processing.
