Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and manages university contracts, agreements, and memoranda. Advises stakeholders on legal obligations, risks, liabilities, and compliance; conducts legal research and risk assessments; supports dispute resolution, policy development, intellectual property protection, regulatory updates, and crisis response. Maintains legal records and coordinates negotiations with external parties while safeguarding institutional, commercial, and reputational interests.

Implement institutional data collection, governance, and management frameworks; analyze and validate complex data; develop predictive models, forecasts, BI outputs and interactive dashboards; conduct research, benchmarking and surveys; prepare analytics reports and actionable recommendations to support strategic planning and continuous improvement.

Leads implementation of Zayed University’s Agentic AI Framework and serves as liaison with the UAE Government’s national AI PMO. Coordinates workstreams, domain leads, vendors, governance, technology integration, AI literacy programs, AI Champions, budgets, risks, KPIs, incidents, reporting, and institutional adoption. The role supports responsible AI transformation across academic and operational functions and provides guidance to leadership and programme stakeholders.

Lead creative services to design and deliver multimedia content, plan and execute institutional events and campaigns, manage budgets and resources, ensure brand consistency and digital accessibility, maintain asset repositories, evaluate design tools, and coach a creative team to align outputs with university strategy.

Manage contracts and purchasing for university retail outlets: draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts; review RFIs/RFPs and vendor bids; monitor subcontract finances; source goods/services; place and expedite orders; ensure compliance with policies and value-for-money; liaise with stakeholders and finance.

Manage end-to-end partnership development and stakeholder engagement to advance university strategy: identify opportunities, negotiate and coordinate agreements (MoUs), monitor KPIs, conduct research and risk assessments, maintain partnership records, and represent the university at external events.
