Maintains engineering, vendor, and supplier project documents and records. Manages transmittals, document routing, drawing lists, project folders, job books, document-sharing sites, and document status reports. Performs quality assurance and quality control on project documents and drawings, coordinates with project teams and clients, and supports document submissions and tracking. This is an in-office role with no travel or supervisory responsibility.

Creates 3D models and 2D/3D drawings for heavy industrial plants using scans, plant drawings, P&IDs, equipment flow diagrams, and vendor drawings. Designs equipment, piping, ducts, chutes, and structural steel; coordinates models across disciplines; and prepares general arrangement, mechanical design, demolition, bidding, fabrication, and construction drawings. The role also leads, trains, and advises others while working independently and traveling to sites or client meetings as needed.

Models equipment, piping, ducts, chutes, layouts, and structural steel; coordinates designs across disciplines; and prepares general arrangement, mechanical, demolition, bid, fabrication, and construction drawings. The role operates independently under broad supervision and may require site or client travel up to 20%.
