Design, prototype, and qualify precision analog/mixed-signal measurement electronics and interfaces for pulsed-power and plasma diagnostics. Perform schematic capture, PCB design guidance, bench prototyping, test and calibration, and signal characterization in high-EMI environments. Support PLC-based control development (Beckhoff TwinCAT/EtherCAT, IEC 61131-3) to integrate diagnostics with interlocks, HMI, and commissioning of control cabinets.

Lead Zap Energy's go-to-market and stakeholder engagement to secure multi-gigawatt federal and commercial contracts. Develop global business strategy, own pipeline and senior relationships, structure and close complex agreements (CRAs, PPAs, JDAs), and integrate engineering, licensing, finance, and legal. Build and lead external-facing commercial teams and represent the company at industry, regulatory, and investor forums to drive reactor deployment.

The Procurement Specialist will lead sourcing activities, manage supplier relationships, ensure supplier performance, and improve procurement processes in a startup environment.
