Applies DoD STIGs, manages RMF compliance, patching, vulnerabilities, firewalls, backups, and disaster recovery. Provides advanced Tier 2/3 support, performance monitoring, automation, documentation, and system upgrades. Supports distributed operational systems, creates OS images, and directs other administrators. Requires a technical bachelor's degree, 10 years of specialized experience, DoD IAT Level II certification, and ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.

Manages an IT government task order as the primary contract point of contact. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, staffing, reporting, deliverables and quality assurance management, stakeholder coordination, risk and issue resolution, invoicing coordination, contractor onboarding, and Government Furnished Equipment tracking. The role develops project plans and schedules, monitors performance, coordinates with government representatives, and ensures compliance with contract and DoD certification requirements.

Leads end-to-end ServiceNow incident, change, and configuration management for the DLA Disposition Integration Web program. Troubleshoots escalated application issues, manages ticket backlogs, mentors analysts, gathers requirements, develops functional specifications and test plans, performs comprehensive software testing, supports configuration control, coordinates production issue resolution, and communicates with government PMO stakeholders.
