Manages an IT government task order as the primary contract point of contact. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, staffing, reporting, deliverables and quality assurance management, stakeholder coordination, risk and issue resolution, invoicing coordination, contractor onboarding, and Government Furnished Equipment tracking. The role develops project plans and schedules, monitors performance, coordinates with government representatives, and ensures compliance with contract and DoD certification requirements.

Leads end-to-end ServiceNow incident, change, and configuration management for the DLA Disposition Integration Web program. Troubleshoots escalated application issues, manages ticket backlogs, mentors analysts, gathers requirements, develops functional specifications and test plans, performs comprehensive software testing, supports configuration control, coordinates production issue resolution, and communicates with government PMO stakeholders.

Supports the DLA Disposition Integration Web program by translating mission needs into functional specifications, developing and executing comprehensive software tests, documenting results, tracking requirements, and assisting with configuration management. Coordinates with the PMO, developers, system administrators, and database administrators to resolve production issues, support recovery activities, improve application performance, and deliver mission-ready releases on schedule.
