Collaborate with geoscientists and engineers, migrate existing systems for scale and reliability, and mentor teammates. The role requires strong Python and SQL skills, software engineering leadership, and experience with cloud platforms, containers, infrastructure as code, and distributed computing.

Leads daily operations for a geothermal drilling rig, supervising crews, executing well plans, enforcing HSE and regulatory requirements, monitoring drilling parameters, coordinating logistics, maintaining equipment readiness, preparing operational and HSE reports, mentoring personnel, and supporting field-based safety and efficiency improvements. The role requires extended rotational work, outdoor conditions, physical activity, and travel to remote drilling locations.
