Manage day-to-day office operations and facilities, administer HR tasks (benefits enrollment, payroll entry, records), own onboarding/offboarding, coordinate recruiting and ATS workflows, support immigration documentation, assist investor/executive logistics, plan company events, and maintain safety and compliance systems to create a consistent employee experience.

Conduct passive seismic imaging and microseismic analysis to build velocity models, image basement depth and faults, develop and benchmark processing and inversion methods, create reproducible Python/HPC pipelines, and integrate passive seismic results into geothermal prospect evaluation.

Own and advance a portfolio of greenfield geothermal projects from site identification through permit, interconnection, and pre-construction. Manage schedule, budget, risk, land rights, permitting, third-party consultants, stakeholder engagement, commercial diligence, and cross-functional alignment to accelerate project delivery.
