The Senior Mechanical Quantity Surveyor measures and verifies mechanical and MEP quantities, manages BOQs, monitors budgets and cost forecasts, prepares valuations and payment documentation, assesses variations and claims, and administers subcontractor commercial matters. The role supports final accounts, commercial reporting, contractual records, site progress verification, and coordination with engineering, construction, procurement, finance, consultants, clients, and subcontractors while maintaining HSE compliance.

Develop, test, maintain, and optimize software applications and databases. Analyze user requirements, design system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, perform updates, document technical specifications, and collaborate with IT and business teams on integrations and digital transformation initiatives.

Develop and support enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, Java, JavaScript, REST APIs, and SOAP web services. Analyze requirements, design integration workflows, implement API security and error handling, troubleshoot production issues, document technical solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role also involves cloud-to-on-premise integrations, code reviews, performance optimization, deployment support, and adherence to Agile and development best practices.
