Own regional Oracle HRIS operations across Southeast Asia, ensuring data governance, system efficiency, integrations, compliance, reporting, and user support. Lead HR technology implementations, upgrades, process re-engineering, automation, vendor management, change management, training, and digital transformation initiatives. Partner with HR, IT, leadership, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions, actionable workforce insights, and improved employee experiences.

Supports PMO governance and cross-functional strategy execution by maintaining project plans, dashboards, timelines, risks, issues, and reporting. The intern follows up on action items, prepares business reviews, conducts research and analysis, standardizes PMO templates, supports workshops and trainings, and helps improve delivery processes. The role offers exposure to OKRs, KPIs, portfolio planning, stakeholder management, and executive communications in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

The role involves developing relationships with key suppliers, executing sales strategies, analyzing performance, negotiating contracts, and optimizing account relationships.
