Prepares recurring operational, commercial, billing, and SLA reports and dashboards for 1SS operations. Analyzes trends and variances, supports billing reconciliation, prepares business review materials, monitors brand service levels, coordinates discrepancy resolution, maintains documentation, creates product records and purchase orders, and contributes to process improvements.

Manage end-to-end product development for modest wear: convert design concepts into tech packs, source fabrics/trims, run fittings, liaise with local and overseas suppliers, control costs and production timelines, and ensure commercial, quality, and fit objectives are met.

Supports company-wide FP&A through performance reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and KPI dashboards. Coordinates cross-functional inputs, maintains data integrity, identifies financial issues, and provides strategic business analysis. Develops automation using Excel, ETL, and BI tools to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.
