Perform and support a range of health, safety and environmental duties to meet compliance and KPIs: develop and maintain HSE programs, conduct inspections, HIRAC assessments, incident investigations, audits and trainings, maintain records and reporting, recommend corrective/preventive actions, assist special projects and implement security policies. Support warehouse and hybrid workplace operations and coordinate training needs; report to Muntinlupa office as required.

The Senior Analyst will coordinate high-impact projects, manage stakeholders, automate processes, prepare business cases, produce KPI reports, and support data standardization.

Lead regional Order-to-Cash operations (billing, cash application, collections, receivables integrity) across multiple Southeast Asian entities. Drive DSO reduction, automate and centralize billing, improve cash application and reconciliation, remediate aged balances, and strengthen controls while partnering with Finance, Treasury, IT and commercial teams. Hands-on leader accountable for month-end close and delivering measurable working-capital and efficiency outcomes; requires ~10% regional travel.
