The role requires strong SQL, Looker, Excel, and data-analysis skills, with supply chain or warehouse operations knowledge and optional Python, R, predictive analytics, and machine learning experience.

Analyzes fulfillment-center processes and large datasets to identify operational improvements. Leads warehouse and supply chain transformation projects, including OMS enhancements, process redesign, business-case development, project planning, stakeholder communication, implementation, KPI reporting, and documentation. Partners with regional, cross-functional, technology, warehouse, and external teams across Southeast Asia to improve operational excellence and customer experience.

Senior Legal Counsel supporting ZALORA Indonesia across commercial transactions, corporate governance, technology, supply chain, compliance, data protection, litigation, intellectual property, employment, and regulatory matters. The role drafts and negotiates contracts, identifies and mitigates legal risks, manages external counsel, supports compliance initiatives, oversees disputes, and maintains government and stakeholder relationships. Candidates need substantial post-qualification experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
