Design and manage scalable AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, alerting, and high-availability systems. Collaborate with development and product teams to improve deployments and performance, resolve production issues, and maintain security and compliance. Develop infrastructure solutions for customers in highly regulated industries and support disaster recovery planning.

Lead post-sale customer success for Zafran’s cybersecurity platform, including onboarding, platform adoption, recurring check-ins, quarterly reviews, workshops, troubleshooting, and cross-functional issue resolution. Build trusted customer relationships, identify risks, translate technical problems into actionable plans, advocate for customer needs, and support training, documentation, and customer advocacy.

Manage and grow cybersecurity channel partnerships across the Western United States. Responsibilities include developing joint business plans, driving partner-sourced revenue, managing pipelines and deal registrations, enabling resellers and MSPs through training and resources, executing channel programs and co-marketing campaigns, recruiting new partners, analyzing performance, and coordinating with sales, marketing, engineering, product, and customer success teams.
