The Digital Consulting Architect, CPQ will lead end-to-end CPQ strategy and delivery, ensuring solutions align with client revenue models and digital transformation goals. Responsibilities include solution design, integration architecture, technical discovery, mentoring teams, and engaging stakeholders.

Own day-to-day client relationships for enterprise accounts, drive account health and growth, support commercial activities (SOWs, renewals), partner with delivery teams to ensure successful execution, and mentor for future portfolio ownership within a fast-paced consulting environment.

Manage day-to-day HR operations (onboarding, offboarding, documentation, HRIS support) while partnering on strategic People projects, training, communications, employee engagement, and process improvements using AI and automation. Serve as first point of contact for routine HR questions and support managers on employee issues.
