Hands-on marketing leader responsible for building Zact’s brand, generating qualified bank sales pipeline, developing messaging and campaigns, managing events and conferences, growing customer and bank communities, leading public relations and social media, and establishing scalable marketing metrics and programs. The role requires direct execution across creative content, demand generation, thought leadership, customer advocacy, and sales alignment within fintech, commercial banking, payments, or B2B SaaS markets.

Lead end-to-end delivery of fintech software projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing plans, budgets, and risks, ensuring regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS, SOC, GDPR, KYC/AML), facilitating agile ceremonies, and communicating between technical teams and business stakeholders.

The Senior Backend Engineer will design and develop enterprise Java applications, implement RESTful APIs, mentor junior developers, and ensure technical quality and standards.
