Serve as primary SIEM/SOC escalation point: investigate and triage network security events, document findings, communicate with stakeholders, tune detections, oversee threat and vulnerability management, implement automations with platform teams, and lead brand collaboration calls. Provide incident response, threat intelligence analysis, and occasional on-call support across a global enterprise.

Partner with franchisees and restaurant leaders to improve four-wall restaurant operations through hands-on coaching, diagnostics, training, and implementation support. Drive improvements in food quality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, safety, and labor management while building actionable improvement plans and supporting rollout of new initiatives across the assigned Minneapolis market.

Support KFC equity restaurants' sales and profitability through restaurant-level financial planning, consolidation, forecasting, and P&L analysis. Maintain and improve models for labor, food costs, and planning dashboards; perform ROI analyses for investments and M&A. Drive bonus metric development and payout accuracy. Provide field coaching, develop training materials, deliver AOP plans, and lead outlier management to improve restaurant performance.
