The Technical Support Engineer will assist customers with issues related to YugabyteDB, troubleshoot technical problems, and collaborate with other teams to meet customer needs.

Partner with account executives to qualify opportunities, deliver tailored demos and architecture deep-dives, lead POC engagements, advise on distributed databases and cloud-native design, create technical collateral, provide customer feedback to product teams, and represent Yugabyte at events.
