Lead a product squad end-to-end to define strategy, own roadmaps, run discovery and experiments, and measure impact. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, ML, Marketing, and Trust & Safety to improve engagement, retention, recommendations, monetization, and safety at scale.

Design, build, and operate high-risk backend experiments end-to-end for ambitious product bets. Ship resilient, scalable, and cost-efficient systems; define and instrument success metrics; iterate quickly based on results; diagnose production issues; contribute RFCs, documentation, and mentorship to improve team practices.

The Staff ML Engineer will deliver end-to-end ML use cases, improve the ML lifecycle, contribute to ML platform standards, and lead engineering initiatives across teams.
